You should probably slow down and especially in freerolls maintain being tight until you reach a point of near 15 bb's then you can be a little wider with your shoving range but if you think you're getting anyone off a flush draw in a free roll think again

Great advice!! Thanks, I never thought about it that way... I was in a recent freeroll and I shoved 10k to a 17k stack with jj (flop = 10-5-7) and an AK called geting the bastard on the turn. Never again in a freeroll...

alot of players need an initial double before they feel comfortable, thats why I enjoy double stack tournaments
