honestly...u have to understand 1 thing....which im sure u already know.....do not and i repeat...do not base ur play or any kind of poker play towards freerolls....you could get ur hand in good but they are no money invested....but if u wanted which imo is the best way to invest...is to play freerolls the same way u would a $100 buyin...a $1 buyin...play the same way...do not change ur play.. play freerolls and make more than $20....cause lets be honest...that doesnt even really warrant u 2 play $1 games....keep goin and goin and build to like 100 bucks....than start playing other games....just a suggestion

you just have to take a break for a few hours or maybe a day or two....most of all never give up. stay focused and play to win. if a bad beat happens you have to just let it go.

The game of poker, regardless of what game specifically, is ALL about patience and discipline. If you lack those two qualities you can never go far in the game, no matter how good you may think you are, imo.
