i try not to rebuy at all unless the pot is juicy as hell...i try not to to addons either unless it's a massive one and i could really use it...otherwise i'd rather just play shortstacked and just tighten up hardcore, get it in good right after break against everyone who just added on...it's worked for me several time

It depends on how much your bankroll is and at what stage the tournament is in. Best. advice, get feel for the tournament to see if you're running good or bad.
