You shouldn't copy and paste it, it can create spaces. Have the lobby open and ready so you have a couple min after it is released to type it in.

You more than likely entered it wrong. Just try again. Be sure to request your refund from the help tab. you can find the tournament ID under your points history (click on the points and the id will be next to the tournament). You have to make the request within 24 hours but you should get the points back in a day or so.
