U can redeem ur points. But the reason is cause we dont want outsiders in our games . If they havent earned enough points to buy there way in they dont need in our games. Your points should never be lost since above chat there is request refund put in the game number and your good. may not be a instant redeem but when Zab gets to them he will redeem them for you!!

Did you request a refund for the tournament you were unable to enter?

Request a refund via the "Request Refund" link under the tournament schedule. That way you get your points back

To answer your question, people tend to steal our passwords. When you are one of the few games left in town, you need to get creative if you want to stay viable. Currently, this is the most effective option in regards to limiting people getting in with leaked passwords. If it ever got bad enough, I'm sure we would go to a 100% restricted tournament schedule. Nobody wants that...

It's a good way to control password stealing. It's hard the first time, after that u get used too. I've lost my first tourney too but i requested a refund and after that i managed to register in time GL
