yes sucks those playing have an unfair advantage game should be cancelled under those circumstances and money carried over very unfair because someone is not doing their job

Anytime this has happened previously, it has been an issue on Carbon's end. If that's the case this time, unfortunately here's not much that can be done from our end.

This might be the time to remind everybody that coupons can be purchased at ANY time and are good for any tournament. Up to 5 can be purchased at a time.
