I just finished the daily mission freeroll on carbon and I cashed in this tournament for the first time.
I finished 19th out of 298 and I won enough money to cover the buy in for the two tournaments that I played to get tickets for the daily mission and then some.
I snook into the money on this one and then I managed to get pretty deep.
My bank roll on carbon right now is a little over the 30 dollar mark and I used up my vip points again.
My goal this month is to not play as much poker and spend more time making money on swagbucks so that I can build up a bankroll to play live poker.
My poker goal for this month is to play what poker I have to in order to qualify for the freeroll tournaments this month on carbon.
These tournaments are fairly easy to qualify for so I plan to qualify for and play in most of them.
I also would like to win each of these tournaments but that would be greedy of me since there are so many po comrades playing on carbon as well.
As for my last hand in tonights daily mission freeroll I had a pair of fours and I went all in. I had two callers both of which had much bigger stacks than I. I had less than five big blinds.
Soon after the first break I had ten big blinds or less and I was in this situation for pretty much the rest of the tournament so it didn't surprise me that I went out the way that I did. What surprised me was that I was able to make it so deep.

I played the daily mission freeroll on carbon a little earlier today and I didn't do so great.
I was eliminated on an all in shove, I don't really remember what hand I had, I had less than ten big blinds and I don't remember what the called had.
The hand that got me into trouble was a stupid play in hindsight.
I was in middle position and I had ace jack suited. Preflop I raised to three big blinds (it was folded to me).
The big or small blind re-raised all in.
I took into consideration that I had a pretty big hand and I had a bigger stack than the opponent and I called.
If it were a situation where I didn't have a bigger stack than the opponent then I would of folded without a second thought.
In this situation I should of just folded.
I guess my thinking was that this is a freeroll so maybe this guy is kind of nuts and he doesn't really have anything and if I call him then I still have chips left if I lose this one.
Well he had a pair of kings and he connected on the flop.
Sometimes I just make dumb decisions and this was one of those decisions.

In the freerolls, you've got to be more suspicious of bluffers than in a normal game. Don't beat yourself up over it.
