the best use I've found for the multi entry is playing the single rebuy and addon tourneys....if u get donked outon 1 in 1st hour, re-enter...save as mant entries as you can and at break you are guaranteed a 5K chipstack on 1 entry and hopefully better on your other. single rebuys mean chipstacks wont all be monsters so you're still in the hunt.
