AA or KK is an instant 4-5 bet all in, I don't care I what happens I will always shove those hands preflop.

Not this. No aggression and spewy play by lots of calling and checking just to see the flop is a massive leak. Not saying its never correct but to avoid big pots all together just in case you get beat on a bad flop is poor play.
