I either laugh, smoke a cig, or yell at my computer. Usually yell if it's my 10th bad beat of the day or more.

We all knew POkER is game of strategy.Its all about reading the hands which comes after playing much games.Luck too matters a lot and wecant hold our luck all the time.So after every bad beat i play with calm and tight and let things to get normal.

just get on with it. it sucks losing big amounts to a bad hand but thats just part of the game.

I usually throw my computer out the window. I make sure the window is open first though so that way I only have 1 thing to fix and not 2.

This. After you've gotten used to swings, this is all you do.

take a break for at least 20-30 minutes. dont let the beat affect your future games. if it does quit for the day.play a video game .take a shower. get something to eat. these are some things i can think of.
