Also why I try to play multiple tables. I really meant not just a bad beat, but one that takes you out of the tourney you are in. If I have another tourney, or cash game going at same time, I know there is still work to do, take a note, and get that FUCKER next time!

haven't played online in few years til now. but when im playing live, and get tilited from a bad beat, I usually go take a break and smoke a few cigarettes. Usually allows me to kill 10 minutes or so and cool off, gather my thought and come back to get my money back

ask myself how people continue to play the way they do, and why they are so lucky... and then move on to the next. Can't get hung up on beats... gotta keep on chuggin' along. Variance is everything and the fish will not win every time!

ack... it's part of the variance... I might review the hand again later and see if I missed anything I should have picked up on

I go on tilt and lose all my money. Nah not anymore, but i used to hahaha. I try to think of the long term than the short term. .
