Hi everybody.
Could yoou help me with a few tips to avoid TILT, there are sometimes that I try to play well, but there is always
some guy that play diferent and defeated me in the river. That hurts... and then I explode whit anger.
Please help me

If you are going on tilt then I believe the money is getting to your head which means you need to lower your stakes which will cool you down hopefully, it might also be because your on losing streaks but if that happens you should take a break from poker, if you are capable of doing these two things you should be fine.

The best thing to avoid tilt is to look straight and don't let your emotions control yourself. Think what pro's will do in different situations. Or other way is just to take a break for 5 minutes.
