So, im thinking heads up is really a luck game,
if your good your edge is less in HU i think because its pretty much all in any ace preflop,
what do you think?

great thread, I am a heads up specialist, Rock beat me tonight but I bet he can verify I am very good HU. as far as luck you should be able to read your opponent, luck by heads up is about 15%. But who am I , I would like to hear from others who have been heads up in a tourney or just a game

I think luck plays a small factor. But HU is all about playing the player. With HU, i play the cards about every 1/5 hands and I have a pretty high win %.

When I beat anybody heads up, luck is 100% a factor. I suck at short tables let alone HU, lol
There are some though that can play it and successfully, I am just more of a full-ring person.
