Actually, if you take note of the name and then look at a half-dozen other heads-up games going simultaneously, you'll probably see the same person in many of them. I think their strategy is to play a bunch of HU tourneys at the same time, going all-in every hand, and figure they'll win more of them than they lose. I have absolutely no idea if that is logical or in any way supported by the odds, but I have noticed that kind of player being regged for multiple HU games at the same time.

Heads up is really profitable if your good, but it's harder to learn than 9 ring or 6 max
