Have you ever played in a big tournament?

a $200 buy in a scoop game on stars a coupla years back...got in through taking 2nd place in a satty in the WBCOOP series...i was lucky that day....lol...

had a great time...it was a horse game....sat with chris moneymaker for an hour or so...well sweet.....busted out about midway or so...great experience tho....
as it was only a limit game, i never got the hyper aggressive action ya see on the top tables....

Played in a few of the old Royal Vegas Poker (Prima Network) $530 buy-in $250,000 gtd. Made cash a couple times but never FT deep. I wish, I think 10th place was 5 figures.

Well Ive played the Sunday million alot. I cashed a few times. Most Ive bought in for was 530 for a sng. I was incredibly aware and focused when I played for that much. Elky was on the table playing very aggressivly. I was playing conservative. I got up to like 2200 and I got AA. So its me and Elky in the hand. Preflop raisng went on and the flop was of course qq5. So he ended up putting me to the test. That was probably one of the biggest decisions Ive had to make in my poker career. I didnt want to fold AA, but he was putting me all in. I called and he was bluffing, but my heart was beating for sure. I ended up taking second, he came back and won the game but at least I trusted my read and I cashed.
