So let me explain what just happened. I join a Super Turbo heads up SNG...and I'm waiting 20+ minutes for someone else to join. Come to find out, the table doesn't open automatically, a window pops up saying take my seat. I come in with only 30% of my stack left because it didn't give me any pop up notification. What a joke.

Your probably screwed since you came in and played with 30% of your stack, but i would email support, send log files and explain to them what happened and why you believe you should be reimbursed. If you have a longstanding account, with a decent amount of deposits they should want to keep your business

Have you explored the settings/options to see if there is a checkbox you can select to make it pop up in the future? I suspect that is a possibility, and they just have pop-up turned off by default
I'm not slurring my words. I'm talking in cursive. I believe the ladies find it to be quite elegant.

Whoa, sounds like a weird site. As far as I know, all the sites give you some pop up. I do know though that were times on carbon where it didn't notify me and I had to click table, but that was before the updates.

With a new site it seems to take some time before things start working correctly. Usually they will have a pop up on the top of your screen when the tournament is getting ready to start seating.

I was browsing the web doing some work and a popup came up, but didn't come to the front of the windows I had open. Haven't deposited on the site only have the bankroll that I have accrued from cashing in the $150 freerolls. Have only been playing on the Full Flush software for a week and a half. Would have been nice to have the table open automatically instead of screwing me out of the money I was playing for heads up, but in retrospect I guess it's only my fault for not paying attention in the first place.
