    When you hit the request refund link, there should be a link that says find tournament number, when you click that, all past ones show up.
    Oh and the refresh makes a big difference, I now see exactly why I missed it last night. When I refreshed tonight it took almost 20 seconds off the clock, that makes a big difference.
