Even thought AA got cracked a lot, shortstacks should call with AA anyway how many people will call.
That's not AA got cracked a lot
Indeed the only think you should shoved your AA when you sitting on the bubble or not.
You can't laydown AA preflop.

I asked a pro if there were ever a situation where he could fold AA preflop, and he said he couldn't think of one because the chances of winning will always be >50%.
Would it be a good idea not to fold even if 9 other players were all in?

I agree. AA is always an open fold on merge. 100% of the time im folding AA. Q 10 suited is an auto-shove. This strategy has worked well for me so far

AA is a trap but play your own hand not the other players hand that's why people always get busted.... Know what you have to spare as far as taking a chance or not.... All in on Pre- FLop is a game of BINGO anyway ...... Your playing the wrong game...... THIS IS POKER ..... loser......
