If you're trying to figure out the value of you're points for entry or you "seat", then divide the prizepool pool by the field and multiply by 1.1 to account for a buy-in fee. Either way most freerolls aren't worth your time if you hold any value to that. But if you're entertained, multi-talking, or able to extrapolate your winnings, it is time well spent.

So you dont earn points to play? If you earn points then its not free in that you spent time earning said points. So what are you worth for an hour at the least?
A few of you just cant read or comprehend LOL but if you feel your time is worthless then good for you!!Failing to Prepare is Preparing to fail : John Wooden

I'm not sure of your math OP but my logic is as follows. I've started buying points instead of earning them so they carry a set value of 250 points per dollar. I'm placing frequently enough to win more than I'm buying the points at so it's worth it economically, more about playing the game though.

But there are different values of freerolls spiritually to each different player. Spiritually if I am trying to build a BR then the freerolls have unlimite value to each one I enter.

while this is true, you must factor in the # of people sitting out, and how good the other players are... for a pro it would be worth more than $1 because their EV/ROI (even though buyin is 0) is better
