I also do not usually enter rebuy tourneys. I was in one today, and 15 players remained and 10 got paid. So I did 3 rebuys and an addon which cost a total of $1
and I placed 6th for $8.62, so it did pay for itself. Initially, it was a freeroll with 52 players and 3 times I went in all in with AA or KK, and they got walked on like they were, I can't say pocket 2's, maybe 7 2 offsuit... I like guarantee tourneys with no rebuys.

There is a lot of easy micro money to be made in this tourney. The quality of play is bad with many people just there to donk away recently won freeroll money. Play tight and aggressive with your good hands. You will win money over the long haul like this if you are willing to stick with it.
