Yes we do put too much hope on AK. Players treat AK like it's not supposed to lose. There are 13 other hands that beat it.

Yes, we put too much value on it post flop. It does have a lot of value pre-flop, but post flop if it doesn't at least pair there's a good chance it's behind and needs to be folded.

aboslutely, numerous times ppl will commit with ak and put it all on the line.. its crazy but you see it all the time.

It is one of the best starting hands without a dought. But The AK your holding can quickly go to pot when the flop comes out.
