yeah playing poker you have to channel your anger by not going on tilt and pushing all in....you can always grind away back to the top with patience and presitence.

when i start to get angry or feel im near it i tend to go on the ps3 take my anger on a good game lol

In cash game, its better to sitout for a while when you got bad beat. Take your time to get into good mood again In tournaments its harder when you got bad beat and you are still in tournament, to not make a stupid things after that...

not that many things you can do besides sit out and try to calm down...going on tilt is super easy tho, the hardest thing to ever do is walk away when you're about to blow
