It'd be my third live tournament.
Good idea? Bad idea? Do I need to dial back the cray-cray? Amp up the aggression?
What do y'all think from what you've seen of me?

I think you should go for it. No matter the outcome you will gain from the experience for a relatively inexpensive pricetag

Depends on if that's all your poker money for 6 months or not. If it's not much money for you, go for it. If it's a significant buy-in to you I would suggest playing in some cheaper tournaments and building up your live experience before playing in such a large tournament.

Hey man by all means go for it if you think your ready.. If you run good/play good (obv) you can win some nice money in one of these tournaments. For the most part the fields pretty weak but sprinkled in some grinders/guys who have a clue. GLGLGL!!! hope you have good news to report back after your shot.

Thanks, everyone.
It's extremely rare for me to get to a casino, so "six months' poker budget" is one trip, heh.
I figure I have to learn sometime, so January's the right place to start.
