I find that if I tilt two nights in a row there is something else going on outside of poker that I need to deal with. Something that I'm not taking care of that I need to finish or is hanging over my head an not allowing me to focus. Finish the project or just set poker aside for a couple of days. Time is the healer of many things. Tilt can burn rolls fast. I'm no pro, but I'm learning. The cool thing about this game is it teaches you a lot about yourself if you take the time to reflect on it. If you don't take the time, there is a lesson there too...
