I had the same issue also so I had to delete it. Now I'm only able to play on Carbon.

Certain states in the USA wont allow you to play. Carbon honors that jursidication ban. Not sure if that is part of the issue or not.

damn i would hate to be in a state where carbon doesnt allow new players...that would be horrible
