I think they all technically have the best odds.
However, the lower the stakes you play, the worse the competetion 'should' be in theory.
That's some bad hat, Harry

I agree with BadHatHarry. the lower the stake, the less skills your competitors would have. that's the best play to grind. However, I like to play SNG. takes more time, but I could practice skills I learned from articles, books, and friends to gain more experience. At the same time, you won't loose as much money in a short period of time if you play your hands right. So.. I do prefer SNG over cash game. Hope this might help.

Sit N' Gos would be your best choice at winning money.
Instead of playing an MTT with 200+ people where the money is harder and harder to get to.

I agree with waver and BadHat at the lower levels you get what you pay for..lol
Each of the way or games you listed are good money makers it just up to you to sit and grind it out hence the name Sit N' Go 45 to 180 players so kool and if you got the BR the patience 1/2.00 ring game so nice.In a live casino I like 3/6 but you need a solid roll if you going to go that route. I see a lot of peeps that want to play fast get a pot and get out, thats what I call gambling. So you might as well take that dollar and but a lotto ticket if you get my meaning.

Yeah if I play for real money I like playing rush a lot because you can see so many hands, and since the blinds don't increase you can sit near all day long just slowly working up.

All of them, it's depending really what you liked much.
SNG, Cash game or MTT.
I prefer to play MTT since is the best way to earn money, but SNG can be a fast way tooPokerStars: ProBlackbird | Betsson: ProBlackbird | Party Poker: UnknownFlush

If you are simply looking to win money Sit N Go's or heads up matches are the best to do. If you are looking on a greater return on your money you should play some low buy in mtt's
