I don't really disagree with the flop but thats because I have a unique short stack approach that is mathematically horrible but usually works out alright. The call of the extra 3k on the flop is iffy but not terrible. The call on the turn is probable the correct call.

Position Position Position, Before flop was a bad call. Ur spewing chips by playing this hand out of Position. On The flop is the exact reason why position is everything. Small bets, you call, Rich raises. At this point you are in between two raisers which is not a good position to be with an open ended. now as far as the Turn call goes why you did have the pot odds to call. There is a term for tournament equity that I can not think of at this time. Anyways only having + 5% to hit your hand. It was not worth your tournament life. In a cash game you are correct every time, in a tourney where you started so deep this was played horribly no matter what the outcome. SO NO. just my opinion.
