Once I finally built my roll and won some money and tried cashing out they simply just suspended my account and talked in circles when trying to tell me why

they said an account under one of my family members disputed charges for 50 dollars I had that person pay them then they said they need a letter from the bank the bank sends them a letter then they say they never received it. Just bsing

First off what dose my family member have to do with my account then after they receive the money they still just scum me out of my money. Then I asked few of my other friends who play high stakes with them all said once they try to cash out they just robbed there money

You would have to sue them in the country that they are operating out of if u wanted to have even the slightest chance of winning.
