I tend to withdraw $100 a month and then play with the rest with good br management. This usually means I don't move up in stakes since everytime I get to that point it's time to withdraw again. Seems to work really well as long as you don't get greedy.

I have the worst BR management strategy. I need to work on it alot. I win alot then play too big stakes and lose.

My poker improved quite a bit once I started really following a solid BRM strategy. You're forced into making every game count and really learning how to be successful. If you don't then you have to drop stakes, which sucks, but then when you play in bigger games, you really feel like you've earned it.
