i can never seem to keep my bankroll because everytime i get above $50 i always get rivered like its some kinda thing set up on full tilt

I absolutely suck at BR management, maybe I need to take up meditation before i play cards that way I keep my eyes on discipline instead of escaping the miserable micro stakes play lol. bankroll management is essential.

I only play cash game for only 5% of my bankroll.

BR Management is what kills me in sngs.. SNGs absolutely REQUIRE bankroll management since variance plays a huge part in long term..
I can easily step outside my ranges in cash games i usually just stick to $1/$2nl but venture higher on good days to go for the extra UMPH

I'm not much for bankroll management. Since I'm from the U.S. don't have a deposit means so anything I win is free money and I treat it so, which I need to work on...lol

I love play freerolls also but to cash out ...I thing you must had at least one deposit....but not sure about that.

My friend Mike From Winnipeg (ID Cardinality) has always lived by the no more then 5 percent of your bankroll on a cash game, and if you look at his stats its done him extremely well
