Any tips on cash gamed?

What sort of advice could you guys give me on the online ring games? I've list EVERY dollar I have put toward getting REALLY strong cards called by garbage preflop post flop and on getting caught on the river

in general i would raise every hand that plays good and try and be in position alot/defend BB. think about your opponents range and how they perceive you. just be logical in the hand and make sense with your bluffs.
