This question is dependent on the size of your BR. My go to suggestions for BR building through SnG and MTT is to first play the PO freerolls. You can also complete many PO offers and get yourself an extra couple of bucks through PO pts. After that the double or nothing SnGs are always fairly easy. Straightforward tight play will get you in the money on these. They can be a bit tedious, but its a good way to build small BRs. I would stay away from anything that is short stack or super turbo. These games have a higher variance and leave little edge for players.
I have noticed that there are several guaranteed money MTTs that are alternate games. These tournaments have pretty small fields and might be a good choice to boost a BR assuming the buy in is not a large chunk of your BR.

Start small and don't move up to the next level until you have plenty of money in case you go on a cold streak. Stay patient and just play your game.

play $1 double or nothings and pokerowned freerolls until you have $100 then branch out to $1 MTTs and $2 DoNs. avoid the casino, holy god avoid the casino.

id say play satelites for a $1 and get some $11 coupons to play in some of the $1-$2K TOURNEYS.

Hadiina, you already know where the money is on Merge, ring play plain and simple. Take your stack and get to work! Play some mirco and build your isht then move up to $1/$2 or more

Depends on how much you have to play with. The mtts on carbon poker have small fields usually. They feel more like sngs sometimes.
