calling on v.high raise shud be avoid unless u got many chips for waste.

same problem here i try to always call in the blind and i always miss the flop=(

In the BB, i would say call just as much as you would raise from there. Or at least raise enough that your oponent will think twice trying to steal blinds. And as for the SB, you can usually get in trouble when its just you and the BB. The BB is going to play a lot of hands when you raise and that can put you in a tough position with a marginal hand because their range is so wide. So I would say be careful and know who you're playin against.

if you playing.. tight and wait.. big cards.. don't make. money

I would like to think that if your cards are good enough to call they should be good enough to be raising with too.
