yea , most the time i am ... basically the only reason i even made this post is because of a hand i completely got donked out of . i had 4569 . double suited ... the flop came down 349 ... giving me top 2 pair , and a straight flush draw , we got it in , made it a $95 pot , and he had AA 10 10 ... the board ran J 3 ... pairing the board and giving him the win with aces up . i did not hit my flush obviously ... oh and his hand was rainbow . not suited at all

AA in omaha is actually a pretty good IF double suited . gives u 2 chances at a high flush ... just no rainbow flops!

If it's a game where you can get it all in pre-flop AA is usually good. The only bad thing is if you play it slow and don't make a boat or at least 2 pair. Aces are a really strong hand in Omaha though, as long as you play them right.

If short, jamming AAxx preflop is usually optimal. If medium or deep play with more caution.
AA in holdem is a monster, In Omaha AAxx is the good side of a flip. HU, AA in holdem is usually around 85%, in Omaha AAxx is usually around 55% preflop.
