What do you think about this tourney? A lot of people playing all in on their first hand, and the one that wins has already a few k to tease the table, and those that have lost, make a double re-buy for 0,60$ and continue playing now, but with 2400. And for an entire hour people can make up to 3 re-buy, and after that an add-on. A freeroll not so fair for all.

I think you are wrong about this not being fair , people going all in for the first hour should be an incentive for those who can't rebuy to sit back , wait for a hand and double up.
