why the hell aint netpsend vis pre paid working please help

over past 5 days i have got netspend pre pray visa from wal mart n it declined at ignition.eu and figured they had deal with walmart no online gaming. but yesterday i went to my regular store n got a netspend loaded it n again this card is not useable at this place, rub salt n the wound, try using netspent visa card. i also tried at 2 casino sites netspend funded over a month ago. now i know what u say use bitcoin it faster n cheaper ok after u buy the bitcoin online dont u have to let it sit a few days min? now u go get pre paid card to fud they have to approve ur purchawse then they make u wait for 2 small deposits then u haver to report they are real there then u pay bitcoin agent 1 buck for every deal done i assume or 1% of fee then i have no ideaa how long it takes bitcoin dep. to show fast to me was going a block to family dollar store getting netspend com home activate it on computer. then go to poker site click cashiter click bam

Damn yeah prepaid cards always a problem they rather u use a bank card ive had the same issues so i always either used western union or find one of my friends onj here and buy points and traded them points for funds fuk just easy go set up a bank account lmfao bro
