I feel like, for USA players, Carbon Poker is the way to go. I personally play on BetOnline only because it is the only poker room that will accept my credit card. I've played on Cake but didn't love it and have heard bad things on their payouts (although I have also heard BetOnline takes a while to cashout as well)

Pokerstars is definitely the best is you aren't from USA though. Wish I could still play on there.
