They said 14 days to process this. So far its been 18 and I emailed support. It turns out they meant 14 business days. So hopefully I hear something this Wednesday or they will be getting another email.

this thread was about lock, but there are a few threads in here about people getting checks from carbon, i got one no problem, took a while, but i read from a few people that they are getting their checks a lot faster now.

Just to let everyone know I received my check today fed ex. The 25.00 charge was put back into my account. Took about 8 weeks to get the check. Now I will deposit it and let you know when it clears. Its from Canada so might be 5 to 7 days.
