Only if you live in NV. It's the first legal online poker room in the USA atm but, only for those inside of NV state lines. You can cash in n out from any of the stations casinos.

pretty sure you only have to be in nevada, not necessarily a resident, i saw somewhere they were trying to get people to open an account if they were going to visit las vegas

It seems that no one on any of these forums is from Nevada because I have yet to encounter anyone who has played on Ultimate Poker. Odd.

It is the first US legal by state poker site. You have to be in Nevada to play.

I heard they've had some major hang ups, I just hope someone comes up with something good and makes it nation better yet worldwide. Bring back PStarts
