Yeah, anyone can join and sign-up for an account (and even fund it). But you have to be in Nevada to play (and also have a cell phone with you). If you are counting on playing from Laughlin or other border towns (or town with only one cell phone tower) you my run into trouble due to the way they confirm your location.

I opened an account and used a address that I own as a vacation/gambling home In Vegas, Then I deposited some money; however, when I tried to play in a ring game they said I needed to verify my location at that moment by phone and they send a code. I did and I am at my house in Scottsdale, Arizona now and I wasn't allowed to play. Does anyone know if or when it might expand to operate in other states? The site is highly regulated by the Nevada State gaming board, that's awesome. All of the online poker sites in the world, at least from an American perspective are out of our control and really can't be 100% reliable or trustworthy. When it comes down to it, we are at these online Gaming sites mercy....Congress people pull your heads out of your azz's and get USA Gaming sites LEGAL.
