What all sites allow U.S. players? I know of Carbon, Juicy, and Bovada; but who else allows U.S. accounts?

I like juicy the best now, they have a dealt in hand rake calculation that is great for getting points fast.

Acr and lock. Unfortunately, all of the US sites have a small number of players during certain times of the day. It sucks, pokerstars was constant with 70k players and up.

I love Bovada and like juicy next. I personally do not care for Lock. ACR and BCP ok also.
