how many of you have been in the middle of a tournament and been timed out when calling?

-signed out for server problems?

-signed out for password changes?

-sat out for no reason?

-had a tourney that you registered for never pop up until you log out and balyck in?


honestly, I have lost over 30 chips in the past week from different bullshit that is on their end..i have emailed them about 7 times this week and have not gotten one reply... i email all the addresses listed as well when sending emails....



what do i do?


for real?


if no one reply's, then how can we really think its a fair site?

i would love to club one of the seal ass owners

do you use the pc client or browser client? I had these issues a while ago but the browser client seems to be fine for me for at least a few weeks now, can't even remember last time i got logged off. The pc client is another story, i can't even get it to download on my computer, so i just stick with browser client. As far as support goes, i've sent them a message with details about the tourney that was affected, and every time they've refunded me the buyin, so i am surprised to hear you haven't got a response, maybe its the holidays and they aren't staffed like normal, idk, hope they straighten it out for you.
