If you have the tourney numbers (and the approximate start times if available), email Carbon support giving them the info. They have records of all tourneys, and can see that you were inactive in the tourneys. Doesn't mean they'll reimburse you, but in my experience, they have been pretty open to player support in this fashion when they know they are having software issues.

Carbon is just all wrong, but there arent many options for US players, so they are forced to just accept shitty service
