ive never used one of these programs before.. i might start though if its worth it.
does anyone use sharkscopes HUD? it seems to be free to use. if you do.. drop your thoughts on it. how useful for you, pros, cons.

I havent used the sharkscope HUD, but i know you can get a free pokertracker trial just by going to their website.

Carbon has their own HUD. Its called odds calculator but it does much more. Percentage of steal, 3 bet, fold to a 3 bet, vol. put money in pot, aggression factor and alot more.

Yes the carbon app is free. It is decent enough for basic analysis. I prefer holdem-manager myself.

I started using the carbon hud when they first offered it. I set it to rate players after 100 hands instead of the default 10 hands. Only con is that you got to keep on all dealer chat to use. Makes it easy to miss any player chat.

You can use these programs, but then I feel like you get lazy. Aren't you suppose to be working on these things through notes? I mean sure they work great online but what program do you have to run when you walk into a casino? Your brain... which obvs. has not been used to because you count on software to do it for you.
