My withdrawal was rejected, this is the email I was sent.
Dear Rebel Moparfan765!
Your withdrawal request has been rejected since your Free $ 10 bonus has expired.
According to its Terms and Conditions, the bonus expires 30 days after is credited if wagering requirements are not met.

This means that your account has to be refreshed to zero (0 USD) and you would need to make a deposit if you?€™d like to continue playing. But we are going to do an exception with you:
We are not going to require you to make a deposit.
Nor your account is going to be updated or refreshed to zero.
Instead, we are going to issue another bonus (without the $10) to help you cashout your funds, but bear in mind that you will need to comply with its wagering requirements:
You can keep up to $100 of your money after placing $660 worth of bets.
You must bet a total amount of $660 worth of bets in order to be able to collect your $100.
Once your withdrawal request has been processed your account balance will be refreshed to zero (0 USD).
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Team PokerRebel
Basically I have to meet some pretty steep wagering requirements to get any money from the free 10 bucks they give initially. I sent three emails inquiring if there are wagering requirements for a withdrawal should I make a deposit, and all three were replied with saying my support ticket was closed and made no comment on my question. Very disappointing.
