Is it possible to be allowed to play at bcp but not acr?

I was trying to refund his money and he filed a claim. I spent like 8 hours on this yesterday he won't undo the claim and let me refund him. He sent me the money, i drove to the bank and put 30$ in my account. Came back, my bcp was suspended. Asked him to make acr, he said ok. Then he said he couldn't bc he lives in u.s. Which is a total lie, i was on the paypal account trying to refund his money and he filed a claim. What am i supposed to do? Send him 30$ of my money and hope paypal let's me keep the money he claimed on. He wasted my whole night with this shit and now he won't let me refund his money or send him acr. U smartasses cook up a solution how i can fix this and i'll do it.

It seems you wasted the day not him. When you found out you couldn't send BCP that was agreed on, you should have sent the money right back.
It makes no difference if he can use ACR or not.

totally n00bs suggestion but if hes filed a claim why dont u just leave it with paypal as they will probs find in his favor and refund the money...then close both of ure accounts depending on what he said the money is for

You are usually fair poof, but in this case your are misreading the situation. If he would have waited 30 min before filing a claim, it would not have taken me until just now to refund his money. Had to go through a bunch of channels, I kinda wish I woulda just kept it all you ppl making me out to be a villain. I am an honest working college student. I resent the comments from people, just wanted to play a couple games for free. And the schitzo degenerate gambler drags me into this crap. You should see how many messages he sent me in one night. I guess as long as he takes his meds today and clears my name no harm no foul.

You shouldn't be calling him names. I mean, all he did was his part of the trade. How did you not know your BCP was blocked? or whatever. You agreed to send BCP and didn't it's that simple. Sure maybe it was an honest mix up on your end, but you cannot point the finger at him.
