So the United States overturned the whole wire fraud act correct?? So why do we still not have access to pokerstars?? If its because of the ongoing lawsuit Americans may never get to play again

we will never get pokerstars again. they would need a licence issued by the united states which in my opinion will never happen due to the history of the issue.

I feel that the way that pokerstars handled everything with the DOJ, that the us will issue them a license if they persue it.

the only way thats going to happen is if pstars strikes a deal with a casino here in the states, so who knows

Because poker stars would need to have a lot of work to get a license to permit US players and I don't think that they are interested on this since the others markets give a lot of money to them too.

there is a way for US players to play on pokerstars, its not hard to do either, just change ur ip address to something in europe, that simple
