the Federal Wire Act - (Wiki) was not overturned, but more importanly in regards to online poker, neither was the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 - (Wiki)

we overturned something major to do with it i know that
poker terminology-

The federal wire act was recently reinterpreted but it wasn't overturned. I think that's what you are talking about. Some are saying that opens the way for online poker ... a first step in the right direction. Some are saying ... don't hold your breath.

Because poker stars would need to have a lot of work to get a license to permit US players.
