The coupons come at set times, check after half past and 45 after.

Depending on what tourney you want to play, probably not.

I have also bought coupons during the late reg and have gotten them in time to play that tourney.

If you can buy a coupon before 8 minuets after the hour of the tourney you would like to play, chances are you will make it as long as all the coupon related parties {carbon and pokerowned} are working properly.
