The AP/UB superuser stuff is pretty damning if that qualifies as "hard". There is a sticky on 2+2 with tons of links...hours worth on info on just this one thread and there are plenty more sources if you google. The show 60 minutes did a piece on it too ... likely on youtube or where ever...
